Squats

This is number one workout for strength of the legs. Normal stance-legs shoulder-wide. Bend your knees until thighs are parallel to the floor. Keep your back straight when doing it. Then just stand up and do it again. Make as many repetitions as you want. I would start with 10 up to maximum 20 per cycle. Do 4 - 5 of those.

Legs Curls

This exercise is done on a leg curl platform. Lie down on your stomach and extend legs straight. Get your feet under the support pad. Curl your legs as high as you can to get them fully contracted. Heels towards your buttocks. Hold self strongly on the machine. Do it in a smooth way, not too quickly.

Calf Raise

Stand on calf raise tool. Your heels should be extended in air. Lower your knees to the ground as far as capable. Then slowly raise yourself only with the toes. Use heavier weights later for more better results.
